Keith Lolley, Elizabeth


Born in Edinburgh Scotland May 26th 1916. Died peacefully on August 8th, 2010 at the Connaught Home, North Hatley, Quebec. Wife of the late Raymond Alan Lolley. Survived by her loving children, Jennifer (Michael Sudlow), Helena (James Brodie) James (Brenda Barry), Polly, Andrew (Jenny ) and her treasured grandchildren Paul, Andrew, David, John, Heather, Sarah, Christine, Peter, Simon, Charles, Amanda, Aaron and Tamsin.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Connaught Home and the Residence of Mariette Dunn for providing such exceptional care.They enabled her to live in comfort and with dignity.

Kirkpatrick, Preston

Kirkpatrick, Preston Charles (formerly of Bury), died May 15, 2010 at Mill Cove Nursing Home, Mill Cove, NB. He was born on August 4, 1923 in Bury, the son of the late Charles and Olive (Gillander). Preston is survived by daughters Marjory(Brian) Smith of Fredericton, NB., Melany (Lloyd) Bustin of Sussex, NB, and step-daughter Carole (Charles) Taillon of Bury, QC., 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Preston was pre-deceased by his wife Madelyn (McDonald), brother Ralph, and sister Evelyn. His remains will be resting at Cass Funeral Home, 554 Principale St. Bury, QC (819)564-1750 / http://www.casshomes.ca with visitation on Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 pm and funeral on Sunday, May 23 at 2:00 pm in the Bury funeral home. Kennedy Davio, Jean

Passed away at the CHUS Hospital Fleurimont, on Monday March 22, 2010 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Erving Davio and cherished mother of Trudy (Denis), Lauren, Tracey (Gaston) and Robin (Lucien). Dear grandmother of Mélanie, Joanne, Eric, Patrick, Dominique, Samuel, Richard, Anne-Marie and Jean-Sébastien. Great grandmother of Morgan, Emery, Erika, Jacob and Ayva. Jean was predeceased by son Ricky. She also leaves to mourn other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 9 Boul. St-Joseph, Stanstead, on Saturday March 27, 2010 at 2pm.



Keeley (Née Allen), Marjorie

Peacefully at the Connaught Home in North Hatley on Sunday, October 4th, 2009, Marge left us at the age of 94. Wife of the late Jack Keeley and mother of Larry (Dawn), Skip, and Jackie (Don) grandmother of Sandy (Laura), Lesley (Julius), Ben (Brooke), and Michael (Annika) great grandmother of Alexa, Jack, Dominic, and Jax. Special 'Nana K ' to Doni (Karen), Jeremy and Dylan, Ardina (Andrew) and baby Chantz, as well as all the " little people" at Blueknoll. Marge was the loving sister of Larry (late Adeline), Ruby (Paul) and Barbara (Jim). She was predeceased by her brothers Donald (late Audrey) and Norman (late Fern). Internment at Ruiters Corner Cemetery in Stanstead. Marge had an incredible capacity to love others and to reach out in kindness to everyone she met. To honour this legacy and in lieu of flowers, Marge would say, "Go do something nice for someone and put a smile on their face!" The family would like to thank all the staff and Marge's friends at the St.Francis Manor for the love and support shown to her and especially to Bev Grey for her compassion as a nurse and friend. A very special thank you is extended to the staff at the Connaught Home for the excellent 'round the clock' nursing care that Marge received in her final week, and especially to Sue Black who was there when we needed her most. May God bless all of you! Marge is now in a better place, no doubt playing the piano along with Jack on his banjo, fiddle and mandolin. May they continue to provide music, fun, and laughter to one and all.



Kinsey, Whilma

Accidently On Wednesday November 26, 2008 at the age of 69 years. Whilma May Kinsey is survived by her sister Sheila (Rick Cowsill) Cambridge, Ontario and her nephew Scott and great aunt to Shayne and Jesse. She was predeceased by her parents, George Lee Kinsey and Jessie McCorkill as well as her nephew Stephen. Whilma will be sadly missed by the Irving family of Scotstown, Quebec.
In respect of Whilma's wishes cremation was held. A memorial service will be held in the spring. Kinsey, Whilma On Wednesday November 26, 2008 at the age of 69 years. Knight Morrill, Helen (1926 - 2008)

Passed away peacefully at her home in Danville, on Thursday November 13th, 2008, at the age of 82. Loving wife of the late John Morrill, and dear mother of Barry, Danville QC, Dean, Westlock AB, and Alan (Kris) of Strathroy ON. Special grandmother of Kevin, Kelly, Jennifer (Nicholas), Daniel and Philip. Helen also leaves to mourn, her great grandchildren; Maverick and Jayden, her sister's-in-law, Irene (Andy Sturton) and Irene (the late Wayland Knight), along with her nieces, nephews and many friends. Resting at the Dupuis Funeral home, 148 Daniel Johnson St., Danville, where friends may visit on Tuesday November 18th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and on Wednesday from 1 to 1:45 PM. Kinghorn, Ralph

Ralph Milton Kinghorn (1921-2008) passed away suddenly on August 2nd, in his 88th year. Married 56 years, to the day, to Lucy Rose Stewart. He was the son of John Milton Kinghorn and Verna Mary (May) Scott. Left to mourn his loss, his wife Lucy, son John, and his daughters E. May and Marlene (Nicki). He will be greatly missed by his only two granddaughters Torrey May and Kasey Rea of Ottawa. He also leaves behind a sister Reta Godwin (Fred) and his nephews, Robin Godwin (Carol) and Constable Gary Godwin (Miranda). We celebrate the many accomplishments of Ralph M. Kinghorn. He was a proud World War II Veteran, serving for the Royal Canadian Engineers overseas. He was a prized employee for the B.F. Goodrich plant in Waterville for 32 years. He was also a passionate and well renowned gunsmith for many years. He was known far and wide for his expertise in all firearms old and new. A small intimate service to celebrate the life of Ralph M. Kinghorn will be held at the Cass Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 6th. A visiting hour will be held from 3:30-4:30pm with a short service thereafter. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Megantic County Historical Society, Inverness, Quebec, G0S 1K0.



Kezar Morrill, Elsie

At home on Melbourne Ridge, April 26, 2008, age 81, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Daughter of the late Albert Kezar and the late Exzilda Stebbins. Predeceased by her husband, Neil Charles Morrill, her brother Percy (Edythe), and her sisters Ellen (Robert Little), Ella (Lewis Johnson) and Pearl (Wallace Swallow). Sadly missed by her six children, Linda (Alan MacDonald), Nancy (Garry Goodwin), Barbara (Gerald Achilles), Eric (Maryse Nadeau), Bruce (Heather Blowers) and David (Linda Sonenburg), 15 grandchildren, Robert, Alison, Shannon, Bobbie Jo, Toni, Cheryl, Anita, Kevin, Steve, Philippe, William, Jessica, Katelyn, Sheri Ann, and Travis, and 7 great-grandchildren, Devon, Madison, Hailey, Kelsi, Hunter, Clayton and Chenelle, and also by many other relatives, former students and friends. A funeral service will be held at St-Anne’s Anglican Church on Tuesday April 29th at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Andrew O’Donnell officiating. Visitation at the Church starting at 12:30. Keenan, Dennis William

Died at home on March 9th, 2007, with his family at his side, beloved husband of Agnes Enright, dear father of Kathleen (Gérald Pelletier), Patricia (Heinz Adank), Alanna (Howard Gossack), Shannon (the late Pablo Crépeau), Maureen (Mats Lindhé), Timothy (Maria Enright), and Patrick (Sean Tan) and proud grandfather of Katrina, Michaela, Daniel, Nicolas, and Nathaniel Keenan-Pelletier, Christopher and Alexander Keenan Adank, Matthew, Kira, and Ryan Gossack-Keenan, Kelsey and Noémia Keenan-Crépeau, James, Leigh, and Anna Lindhé, Devin, Brogan, Ryley, and Kianna Keenan. He was the son of John Keenan and Alice Commuskey.

He leaves his sisters- and brothers-in-law, Bernard Enright (late Isobel), Ethelyn (late Eddie Vautier), Mary (late Clair Enright), Marilyn (late Martin Enright), Ossie Enright (late Betty) (Velma), Joe Enright (Rolande) and his nieces, nephews and cousins, including Bernice McAdams Smith (Fred Smith) and Carmelle McAdams (Claude D’Avignon).

He was predeceased by his only brother, Norbert (Elsie), his cousin Bernard McAdams (Irene), and by his infant granddaughter, Kate Keenan.

A man of integrity, Dennis was quiet-spoken, with deeply held beliefs. He cherished family and friends, the land, and his Irish-Canadian heritage. He gave generously of his time and talent to many community organizations.

He never missed a family celebration, the Richmond Fair, or a St. Patrick’s Day party. He had a special affinity for horses, books, Celtic music and homemade food.

He made friend and stranger welcome, gave to all who asked for help, never gave up on anyone, person or animal, and was always ready to trust, to hope and to endure.

Visitation on Monday, March 12, 2007 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00, with prayers at 8:00 p.m., and visitation on Tuesday, March 13 from 12 to 12:45 pm. at the Cass Funeral Home, 295 Principale S., Richmond, Quebec. (819) 826-2502 / http://www.casshomes.ca

Funeral Mass on Tuesday, March 13 at 1:00 at St. Bibiane’s Church, Richmond, Quebec, followed by Rite of Committal at St. Bibiane’s Cemetery.
